Nventa Biopharmaceuticals, one of the leading companies researching the human papillomavirus, released a list of its 2008 financial results and achievements. Among these achievements was the testing of several new drugs designed to prevent cervical cancer and treat genital warts. Hsp 6/11 is one of their newest drugs designed to assist in clearing up genital warts and other diseased caused by HPV. While the company overall had a net loss during 2008, they continue to be dedicated to researching and developing new treatments for HPV and genital warts.
